1. Introduction

jata7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If a user is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, any winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at the Company's discretion.

3. Account Registration

Each user may hold only one (1) registered account on jata7. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly forbidden and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held within them. When registering, you agree to the following:

• You will provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh (e.g., Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, or another city), and a valid contact number.
• You will keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and will not share them with any third party.
• You accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have promptly notified jata7 of any unauthorised access.
• You will immediately notify jata7 support if you believe your account has been compromised, hacked, or accessed without your permission.

jata7 may require users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals. This may include submitting a government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jata7 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh-friendly payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply:

All funds deposited into a jata7 account must be used for genuine gaming activity. Any attempt to use jata7 as a vehicle for currency conversion, money laundering, or fraud will result in immediate account closure, full forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities.

7. Prohibited Activities

By using jata7, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, share information during live games, or otherwise manipulate the integrity of any bet or game round.

8. Intellectual Property

No portion of this content may be reproduced, redistributed, or publicly displayed without prior written authorisation from jata7. 10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with general principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of jata7 shall be addressed first through our internal dispute resolution process. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to a mutually agreed upon arbitration procedure. jata7 does not make specific claims regarding regulatory licensing from any particular Bangladeshi government body and operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to SSL encryption, fair play, and player protection.

11. Amendments to These Terms
